If Super Ritzy Pets merchandise fails to meet your expectations we will accept returns for refunds or exchanges up to 20 days from the date of purchase. Please accept our apologies, shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept returned clothing that has been soiled or torn. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Please contact us at returns@superritzypets.com. for returns or exchanges. ALL items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

PuppyPurse – shipped from manufacture and will be charged 15% restocking fee
Doggles – shipped from manufacture and will be charged 15% restocking fee
Pet Carriers – This policy is implemented due to health reasons and a dogs’ tendency to mark products that have a scent of another animal. We want your pet to have unused products.
JEWELED COLLAR AND LEASHES
We do not keep an inventory of the handmade jeweled collars and leashes. All items are made to order. Be sure to measure your dog correctly. If you question what size to order, or you have a special request, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. If we have made an error in making your collar / lead to your specifications, we will remake it at no charge. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for approval of the return, and the item(s) must be shipped back to us for repair within 7 days. All collars and leads must be shipped in a box just as it was when you received your order. We recommend you send the collar back to us insured, as we do not cover losses due to the U.S. Postal Service. We will not accept any packages for repair if you do not have a prior authorization.
