Here is a very glamorous creation of black velvet and a soft, shiny silver foil-like trim, lined in black broadcloth. This outfit iIncludes a hat of velvet and silver trimmed with feathers, silver and gold. The dress attaches in front with hook and loop closures. Ruffled collar, sleeve ruffles and overskirt are all silver. The hat includes straps that attach under the chin with hook and loop closures, and allow for adjustment to keep the hat snug and secure.
